Terms of Service

Effective date: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpeedCamerasRadar ChatGPT app and its MCP service (the "Service"), operated by Bigdream Corporation and Javier Pradana ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

The Service helps ChatGPT answer bounded speed-camera questions. It can list supported countries, find cameras near a coordinate or place, and find cameras along a limited route corridor. The Service may also display results in a ChatGPT map widget and link to the Speed Cameras Radar mobile app.

2. Relationship with ChatGPT and OpenAI

The Service is made available through ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's applicable terms, policies, and account settings. We are responsible for our MCP service and related pages, not for ChatGPT, OpenAI accounts, or OpenAI's handling of your conversations.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally allowed to do so and can comply with these Terms. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

4. Driving safety and legal compliance

The Service is informational only. Speed-camera data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Always obey traffic laws, road signs, local restrictions, and instructions from authorities. Do not interact with ChatGPT, the widget, or any device in a way that distracts you while driving.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Data and intellectual property

The Service, its software, map widget, marker assets, branding, and compiled camera data are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, lawful, informational use through ChatGPT. No rights are granted to copy, resell, redistribute, or build a competing database from the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party services, including ChatGPT/OpenAI, OpenStreetMap map tiles, optional geocoding or routing providers, hosting providers, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the SpeedCamerasRadar ChatGPT App Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we believe use violates these Terms, creates risk, causes operational harm, or may be unlawful.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that camera data, locations, routes, maps, or responses will be complete, current, lawful to use in every location, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, traffic fines, penalties, accidents, injuries, or losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, except where applicable consumer protection or mandatory local law requires otherwise.
