Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bigdream Corporation and Javier Pradana ("we", "us", or "our") handle information when you use the SpeedCamerasRadar ChatGPT app and its MCP service (the "Service"). This policy applies only to the ChatGPT/MCP Service. The Speed Cameras Radar mobile apps have separate privacy policies.
What the Service does
The Service lets ChatGPT answer bounded speed-camera questions, such as listing supported countries, finding cameras near a coordinate or place, and finding cameras along a route corridor. The Service is designed to avoid bulk export of full country datasets.
Information we receive
Information you provide through ChatGPT
Depending on your request, ChatGPT may send the Service inputs such as country id, latitude and longitude, place names, route origin and destination, route waypoints, encoded route geometry, search radius, route corridor, result limit, and camera type filters.
Information from ChatGPT and our systems
ChatGPT may send technical request metadata, such as user, subject, session, or conversation identifiers. When these identifiers are available, we use an HMAC hash instead of storing the raw identifier for abuse prevention, rate limits, and session-scoped map fallback behavior. Our hosting and security logs may also include technical information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, request path, and error information.
Widget and map information
The Service can return map data for the current bounded result, including camera marker coordinates, route geometry, map tile settings, marker assets, and app download links. The widget may send small sanitized client log events to help diagnose display problems.
What we do not collect through the ChatGPT app
The ChatGPT/MCP Service does not create a separate account, collect payment card data, collect mobile advertising identifiers, use mobile ad SDKs, or continuously track device GPS location. We receive only the information needed for the tool request that ChatGPT sends to the Service.
How we use information
- To answer your speed-camera query and render the map widget.
- To enforce bounded search limits, rate limits, and anti-abuse controls.
- To cache the latest map payload for the same stable ChatGPT subject or session for fallback rendering.
- To resolve common place names locally and, when configured, use geocoding or routing services.
- To monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, secure the Service, and prevent misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Third parties and recipients
We do not sell personal information. We may share or expose limited information to the following recipients only as needed to operate the Service:
- OpenAI and ChatGPT: ChatGPT invokes the tools and displays the results to you.
- Map and location providers: The widget loads OpenStreetMap map tiles. If external geocoding or routing is enabled, place or route inputs may be sent to Nominatim/OpenStreetMap or OSRM.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: Providers that host, secure, log, or deliver the Service may process technical data on our behalf.
- App stores: If you click an app download link, you may be taken to Apple App Store, Google Play, or another configured app page.
- Legal and safety recipients: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the Service, or others from abuse or security threats.
Retention
- Session-scoped latest map payloads are retained for up to 30 minutes.
- Rate-limit and anti-abuse request records are normally retained for up to 48 hours.
- Distinct search-area records are retained for the daily limit window.
- In-memory geocoding cache entries are normally retained for up to 24 hours.
- In-memory route cache entries are normally retained for up to 1 hour.
- Sanitized widget logs and standard server logs are retained only as long as needed for operations, security, debugging, legal compliance, or abuse investigation.
Your choices and controls
- You can choose not to use the ChatGPT app or not to provide precise location or route details.
- You can provide approximate locations instead of sensitive locations such as a home address.
- You can manage your ChatGPT account, conversation, and connector settings through ChatGPT.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we can reasonably identify. Some anonymous or hashed operational records may not be identifiable after they are stored.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through the Service, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service, including HTTPS in production, transport security controls, bounded tool inputs, path validation for local data files, rate limits, and hashed identifiers for operational abuse controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International use
The Service may be used from different countries, and information may be processed where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated policy at this URL and update the effective date.
